Vendor Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

We collect business-related information including shop names, owner contact details, location data, service menus, and pricing. Financial information related to registration fee payments is processed securely via Razorpay.

2. Data Usage

Your business data is used to:

• Display your shop to potential customers on the Felbo App.
• Manage appointments and booking schedules.
• Calculate association payouts and platform analytics.
• Facilitate communication between the platform, association, and vendors.

3. Association Reporting

If you are a member of the Kerala Barbers Association, we share booking counts and completion data with the Association to facilitate their ₹2/booking payout from the platform. Individual customer identities are not shared with the Association.

4. Service Location

We use your shop's geocoordinates to allow users to find you based on proximity. This location data is public on the platform.
