1. Introduction

Welcome to Felbo! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Felbo mobile application and website. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Booking and Payments

Felbo allows you to book grooming and beauty salon appointments at your preferred time. To confirm a booking:

• An advance payment of ₹10 is required online via the Felbo App.
• This advance payment is non-refundable if you cancel the appointment or fail to show up.
• The remaining balance must be paid directly to the vendor (salon/barbershop) at the time of service.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your appointment through the app. However, please note that the ₹10 advance payment is retained by Felbo to manage the booking platform and compensate for the reserved slot.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. Failure to do so may result in the loss of the booked slot and the advance payment.
